In both our and their journey, we have together carried out various projects at different addresses and it is always just as exciting when our teams get the chance to put our wise heads together.
In Borås there is one of their sites where a large volume of e-commerce orders are handled daily. In our latest project, e-motions has had the honor of installing two automatic parcel sorting systems using our DWS. During the fall, we have ensured that the customer's own WMS communicates with the hardware and can send and retrieve data in between.

There is often a blame game between the freight forwarder and the logistician about who is responsible and where the shipment has disappeared to.
Being able to notify the customer's customer of the complete course of events linked to their order around data points such as: passage in DWS, weight of the package, photograph of the package, time stamp showing when the package was packed and when it left the warehouse releases the responsibility and is perceived as professional.
