Processing of personal data at e-motions Europe AB

For e-motions Europe AB, personal integrity is important. We strive for a high level of data protection. In this policy we explain how we collect and use personal data. We also describe your rights and how you can exercise them.

What is personal data and what is processing of personal data?

Personal data is any information about a living natural person that can be directly or indirectly linked to that person. This includes not only names and social security numbers, but also, for example, pictures and email addresses.

Processing of personal data is everything that happens to personal data in IT systems, whether on mobile devices or computers. This includes collection, recording, structuring, storage, processing and transmission. In some cases, manual records may also be included.

What personal data do we collect about you and why?

We mainly process your name, social security number, address and contact details, bank account for salary payments and information you have provided about your next of kin.

We process your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under our employment contract with you and to comply with legal requirements and collective agreements.

 

Personal data assistants

In some situations it is necessary for us to engage other parties. For example, various IT providers for HR systems or electronic driving records. They are then data processors for us. We check processors to ensure that they guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data. The use of data processors is only for purposes that are compatible with our own purposes for processing.

 

Operators who are independent data controllers

We also share your personal data with certain other actors who are independently responsible for personal data, for example authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency, when we are obliged to disclose such data on the basis of law or official decisions. When your personal data is shared with an independent data controller, that organization's privacy policy and personal data management apply.


How long do we keep your personal data?

We never keep your personal data longer than is necessary for the respective purpose. For example, some accounting data needs to be kept for at least seven years due to legislation.
