Slimline 2.0 Scale Module
Slimline 2.0 Scale Module automatically weighs boxes and totes directly within the conveyor system, allowing the weight data to be used to determine the next step in the process. Based on the result, the box or bin can either continue through the automated flow or be diverted for further inspection, for example.
By integrating weighing directly into the conveyor system, weight checks become a natural part of the process, without the need to remove boxes or bins for separate weighing. This enables a more automated and controlled flow.
As part of Slimline 2.0, the Scale Module follows the same 100% electric and modular Plug & Play principle as the other products in the series. The module can easily be added wherever weight checks are needed and combined with other Slimline 2.0 modules as the system evolves or scales up.
