360 Logistics was founded in 2017 by Gustav Jebsen and today they have 25 employees. They have 5000 square meters of warehouse space and 15,000 Autostore boxes. 360 Logistics is a technology-driven third-party logistics provider (3PL) in Norway that focuses on the e-commerce and retail industry.
The company specialises in helping e-commerce companies and retail distributors streamline their logistics and supply chain. Their premises, which have a central location in Økern in Oslo, are equipped with modern technological solutions to ensure a safe, efficient and secure logistics service.
e-motions was previously involved in parallel research on the Norwegian market and came into contact with 360 Logistics just as the company was starting up. You could say it was love at first sight.
The co-founder and co-owner, Gustav Jebsen, who has a background in IT, quickly realised the value of a DWS system to make decisions and quality assurance based on data. One of the most time-consuming activities, which many don’t think about, is customer support, where you often end up spending hours on each case to follow up on what happened to a specific shipment.
By collecting and presenting various points of data, you can reduce costs significantly and show a high level of professionalism that is rarely seen in the industry. 360 Logistics put so much faith in automation, that they invested almost their entire annual turnover in 2019. Which resulted in a greatly increased profitability the following year.
Since then, we have worked together to develop and challenge the industry’s approach and are currently setting out the details for the company’s second warehouse-move in just a few years’ time.
