The answer was an automated workflow in which totes move seamlessly through the entire process, from picking to packing, with high precision and minimal manual handling.
By integrating smart technologies such as a pick-to-light system, three automated packing machines, our proprietary Warehouse Control System (WCS), and a space-efficient sorting solution, Snusbolaget established a future-ready operation designed for long-term growth.
Commissioned in 2023, the new facility is a clear example of how technology and logistics can work together to create a solution that is both efficient and sustainable, ready to meet the demands of tomorrow.
